Come tackle your weaknesses during Open Gym with one on one tips and guidance from Kal-El CrossFit's certified trainers. Whether it be gymnastic movements, olympic lifting techniques or working towards that PR; this is the time to work on the things you want to become better at or aspire to do. A workout of the day will also be posted during Open Gym hours for you to complete if desired.
